Refund/Acceptance Policies
On-line Credit Card Payment – Visa or MasterCard only ($2.00 service charge will be applied): Using our online credit card payment is absolutely safe. QuickEnrollment secures your personal information from any unauthorized use. We secure your personal information such as names and phone numbers by protecting it through the use of the industry standard 128-bit Encryption using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.  At no time does QuickEnrollment store your credit card number. QuickEnrollment uses Eigen Developments™, an industry leader in providing online security services to protect all your credit card transactions. Eigen Developments™ is one of the first Internet Service Providers in Canada authorized to directly offer credit card payment processing over the Internet. QuickEnrollment also have an agreement with Global Payments™, which is affiliated with CIBC and National Bank. They provide advanced information management solutions linked to payment processing. If the Credit Card option is used, the following will be displayed on your Credit Card statement:  "Humber Valley Hockey Association"  Payment by Cheque or Money Order:  Please following the procedures listed below if you choose this payment method: 1. Pre-register your player on-line 2. Print the receipt displayed on-line at end of the pre-registration process. 3. Mail the printed invoice along with a cheque made payable to "Humber Valley Hockey Association" to: HVHA c/o S.Tiveron 27 Tuscany Grande Alliston, ON L9R 0E2
Refund Policy  Refunds will only be considered with written requests (mailed or e- mailed).  There will be a $50.00 admin fee for all refund requests. Please submit your request to HVHA, attention the Registrar. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing from time of notification. Refunds are paid by cheque. We do not offer credit card refunds. Fundraising money will not be refunded. Uniforms and equipment must be returned. The balance of Registration fees will be refunded as follows: Until August 31st   100% of Registration Fee Refunded September 1st to September 30th        75% of Registration Fee Refunded October 1st to 31st   50% of Registration Fee Refunded November 1st or later        0% Refunded There will be a $50.00 admin fee for all refund requests. Acceptance Policy  It is important to note that ALL registrants will first go on a Pre-Registration list until all conditions of acceptance are met. The conditions of acceptance are as follows: 1. Payment in full is received 2. One parent of each participant must complete the Respect in Sports for Parents certification. Instructions can be found at the bottom of the Registration page on this website. 3. Provide a copy of the player’s Birth Certificate, only if a NEW player to the HVHA. Please email a copy of the birth certificate to admin@hvha.org  Should you need to email multiple documents to HVHA, please attach each document as a separate file – do not merge into one file. 4.
